• We offer standard 9” x 12” AND mini 6” x 9” folders in matte or gloss. Choose from 1 or 2 pockets (pockets include business card slits).

• Standard folders hold up to 8.5” x 11” paper, mini folders hold up to a 1/2 sheet (5.5” x 8.5”) of paper.

• Folders are great for move-ins as well as using them as brochures for properties that have a lot of floorplans, (just stick in what you need! We can help design and print the inserts too!)
