square tri-fold & half-fold brochures

• Our brochures come standard on thick cardstock (matte or gloss) however many different paper options, finishes and special touches are available to make them perfect for your unique property!

• Our standard square trifold is 7.5”, but we can make them any size to suit your needs. These brochures are super modern, conveniently sized and great for high end properties — or properties that have lots of floorplans and/or nice photos to show off.

• Our popular half-fold sizes are 8.5” x 14” (folded in half) and 7.5” squares, but like the tri-folds, we can make them any size to suit your needs!
