PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment is due when order is placed. Payment methods accepted: Venmo, Zelle, All major credit cards. No returns or exchanges once order is placed. In the case the order was shipped and has shipping damage, we will work with the shipper to replace the item.

DELIVERY
“Soup of the Day” canvases ship for free to anywhere in the continental US (48 states). “New Year’s Eve” canvases can be picked up in Roseville free of charge. On occasion, free pickup may be available in the Lodi area as well. Shipping available by request ($35 shipping & handling charge will apply).

TURNAROUND TIME
“Soup of the Day will be delivered in approx: 3—7 business days. I currently have “New Year’s Eve” canvas prints in stock but when out of stock will be available for pickup in 7—10 business days (if shipping is requested, please add shipping time to that). Handcrafted “New Year’s Eve” canvases will be available for pickup (or to ship) in approximately 4 weeks from date order is placed.
